Assist the Executive Assistant to the President.
Conducting internet or library research on topics related to the President’s speaking engagements or institutional governance. Assisting with filing and maintaining non-confidential records in the President’s office. Assisting the Executive Assistant to the President with copying, filing, and detail management of events such as the Bethany Board of Trustees meetings and commencement. Posting materials on Moodle. Providing transportation for trustees to and from airports.
- Excellent communication and organization
- Proficiency in using a computer, especially operating Microsoft Word
Ability to move furniture such as setting up tables or chairs for meals. Able to lift boxes of paper, other office supplies, or quantities of food.
