Brethren Academy Welcomes New Administrative Assistant

Candice Rollf has accepted the position of administrative assistant for the Brethren Academy for Ministerial Leadership (BAML), a partnership of Bethany Theological Seminary and the Church of the Brethren. She will begin her part-time work with the Brethren Academy on Wednesday, October 1, 2025. 

Rollf holds a B.A. from Stephens College, with an emphasis in Business. Prior employment has included leadership and supportive roles, allowing her to develop both problem-solving and organizational skills. Among her experiences, Rollf has been a realtor, manager, and worked in customer service. 

“Candice brings a wide range of skills and experience in supportive and managerial roles,” says Janet Ober Lambert, director of BAML. “She has a love of lifelong learning that will underscore the mission of the Brethren Academy.”

Brethren Academy for Ministerial Leadership provides education and training for persons seeking to be ordained or commissioned for ministry within the Church of the Brethren. The organization provides non-graduate, certificate-level programs in both English and Spanish. It serves both those who are new to ministry as well as individuals seeking continuing education. The Academy’s offices are on the campus of Bethany Theological Seminary in Richmond, Indiana.
