Ministering Through Covid-19

The Bethany Theological Seminary Pastoral Care Team has assembled a list of resources for individuals, churches, and other organizations who are needing to adapt their ministries to the realities of the Covid-19 pandemic. A webpage dedicated to this information can be found here.

Karen Duhai, a member of Bethany’s pastoral care team and director of student development, has organized a series of video conference sessions for pastors and others to share information and provide mutual support related to the crisis. This resource list grew out of those conversations.

The video conferences included Bethany faculty, administrators, students, and alumni, as well as those from Earlham School of Religion. The seminary will work with the Church of the Brethren and other partners to make sure the information is shared widely.

In the future, the seminary hopes to maintain a similar list of resources to help ministers respond to a variety of crisis situations.
